Flower Essences

Flower essences are pure energetic medicine made from flowers that are grown here in my Montana gardens and also in the gardens of a friend who lives in the Texas hill country. They work on the subtle energetic fields of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. They are a gentle and effective way to address the challenges of everyday life. Packaged in 20

Directions for use: Shake bottle briskly to “awaken” the plants. Place a few drops into water or under the tongue. Use as often as you are guided. Give thanks to the plants for gifting you with their energy. Visualization enhances the effects. I use them on my animals, too. They are so open to receive!

First stage of healing – Release and Relaxation

Jasmine (Jasminum Officinale)
Stimulates the Divine spark in the heart chakra and helps the development of self-worth and mental clarity. Balances the subtle energy system associated with the immune system. Releases congestion. Balances the energetic patterning associated with viruses. Many people are so lacking in self-esteem and self-love that they cannot conceive that they are lovable and loved and, therefore, concentrate on their failings, feeling separated and alienated from the spiritual worlds. This essence is a powerful aid in shifting these blockages and provides a bridge whereby one may cross to a new way of being.

Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia)
For hysteria, panic, over-excitement, over-stimulation & insomnia as a result of being keyed up. This essence establishes emotional balance, calming, soothing and centering one in the physical body. It also balances the crown chakra with the heart chakra and facilitates contact with the Higher Self and the spiritual realms. This is a powerful essence to use with animals when there is a strong bond – an animal you care for deeply. As this bond becomes more spiritual, an awakening in the animal’s consciousness may result.

Peony (Paeonia lactiflora)
Brings balance to the Heart chakra. Suppressed energy around the heart center inhibits one’s ability to open to love or to feel loved. Peony heals and expands the heart. Used for dissolving creative blocks and opening the heart and the spirit of love. Use for warmth, empathy, and feeling.

Second stage of healing – Realization and Recognition

Apricot Blossom (Prunus armeniaca vulgaris)
Balances mood swings and extreme emotional states. Promotes a free flow of energy between the mental & etheric bodies, harmonizing the energetic blueprint associated with the kidneys, pancreas & gall bladder. This essence facilitates the reconciliation of internal conflicts and anger which have been suppressed in the body. It empowers one to take responsibility in one’s life and make the changes necessary for health and well-being. It also brings an ebullience and delight in life itself.

Linden (Tilea europaea)
Linden’s purpose is to heal the “feminine”. Linden speaks to that part of us that has been hiding under the cloak of powerlessness, guilt and shame. It assists us in pulling back the petals to expose our individual essence, creating a new awareness of self-fulfillment. Linden gently nudges us to give ourselves permission to face challenge with compassion and power, using our gift of intuition to guide us into new ways of living; thus increasing our ability to experience the “sweetness” of life.

Mimosa (Albizia julibrissin)
For delivering your truth with clarity and power. Mimosa increases intuitive awareness, precise thinking, and sensitivity. Intuition is better understood. Encourages ability to stand up and express oneself. Provides a sense of peace. Helps those who are introverted to open up to the world and recognize their inner treasure.

Petunia (Petunia x hybrida)
For creative visualization and inspiration, for the dream weavers. This essence allows the realization that if you can dream it, you can have it. It brings a sense of wonder, puts dreams within reach, imparts the ability to dream the future, ponder the possibilities of optimal futures, bringing an inner knowing that there are no limits and that everything is possible in a self-generated reality.

Texas Bluebonnet (Lupinus texensis)
Results are similar to the northern species of lupine; i.e., helps you to stay calm, centered and focused. Simplifies issues and helps give a general view of what goes on around you. Provides a sense of unity with your surroundings. Lupine promotes comfort with group settings, augments gentleness and kindness with yourself and others.

Third stage of healing – Reaction, Resistance and Reconciliation

Gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides white)
For renewing passion and interest in relationships. Helps draw together those who are moving away from one another, busy in their own world (career, life, etc.). This essence helps to turn the individual’s head to reconnect to see what their partner is doing and feeling and to discover what is needed to bring them back together.

Honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica)
For those who dwell too much in the past, on lost loved ones, or on ambitions that were never realized.  Often they never expect happiness again. Teaches the ability to live joyfully in the present; learning from the past while releasing it. For those locked in the past, to happier times perhaps, unable to keep their minds on today’s living; this can bring regrets and sadness. Excellent for those suffering from homesickness, bereavement, divorce, or any kind of loss.

Lilac (Oxalis incarnata)
Assists us in recapturing the innocence and sweetness of our youth, true to our personal vision with safe boundaries securely in place; a time when there were no limitations with only the promise of a bright glorious future. Lilac’s essence is not captured or given easily. Only when one is open & ready to receive her sweet gifts will they be given. Lilac influences the spinal column; it activates the energies along the spine to the crown chakra, and in this process opens all chakras.

Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata)
Attunement to Christ Consciousness. Passion Flower opens the heart Chakra, the throat Chakra, & the Chakra point in the upper side of the arch where the nail was driven into Christ on the cross. This minor Chakra point on the foot stimulates compassion. It eases tensions in the dream state; works on the spiritual body and brings sharper visionary states. Allows one to consider life’s events with calmness and serenity. Brings stability and eliminates emotional confusion. Easier access to higher states of consciousness whilst remaining stable.

Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus)
Helps to bring balance to the emotional response of an individual by allowing a gradual release of the pressure and tension that can build up inside people who find it difficult to express their emotions. Also brings the gift of Clarity through intuition and creativity. Take time to listen to the silence and the path becomes clear.

Snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus)
The signature of this flower is apparent in its association with the jaw. For those who hold tension in the jaw, who have to bite back sharp retorts or who grind their teeth. It balances the energy between the sacral and throat chakras, thereby allowing harmonious verbal expression and freeing creative energy to be directed into positive channels. For those with a strong sexual drive who misdirect this energy into verbal aggression, who can be cuttingly cruel, vindictively critical, sarcastic and very destructive to those around them.

Wisteria (Wisteria sinensis)
Generates improved vitality in the nervous & circulatory systems. Noted for kids diagnosed with ADD and related hyperactive sensitivities. It is especially good for calming people’s reactions to bursts of energy that come into their field and cause the “misbehavior” or inattention. It is calming and helps smooth out the emotions, allowing for greater focus rather than being so scattered. For lack of equality in relationships; trauma due to sexual abuse; imbalance between male and female sexual needs. Emotional difficulties with animals are eased.

Fourth stage of healing – Renewal

Elder (Sambucus nigra)
Elder stimulates the body’s natural powers of regeneration and renewal. By resonating with the source of our own inner beauty and eternal youthfulness, we connect with true feelings of well-being and the circulation of those vital energies that may rejuvenate us.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
This essence assists the incarnation process. Rosemary flower essence allows one to feel secure and comfortable in the body, bringing warmth, peace and serenity. It stimulates the pineal gland and the crown Chakra. It is a liquid ambrosia because one experiences a state of inner peace or ecstasy. It brings out a person’s creativity. It does not bring out clarity of vision, but it does bring clarity to the person’s state of mind. Rosemary transforms surly, withdrawn individuals into happy, sensitive and sentimental people. This is partly because it brings order to the emotional body.

Magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora)
The essence that “ties it all together”. Southern magnolia promotes a sense of perspective that encourages us to bring our physical lives into alignment with our highest vision.

A flower essence blend to be used for nurturing the special relationship between you and your partner. This combination of four flower essences promotes the opening of the heart, allowing renewed passion and equality; enhancing the devotion felt for one another. Contains Peony, Gardenia, Wisteria, and Magnolia flower essences
