Tomato Salsa

The recipe for this tomato salsa has evolved over the last few years, as I just couldn’t seem to get the texture I liked.  I finally got it!  Perfect texture, not runny, lots of flavor, but not too hot, with just a hint of sweetness to complement the peppers and the acid from the tomatoes.  I think you will love it.  Of course it is great with all of your South of the Border fixings, but equally good on a pizza, topping for scrambled eggs or a frittata.  Made with the tomatoes, assorted sweet & hot peppers, onions, garlic and apples from my organic gardens along with cumin, chili powder, oregano, parsley, apple cider vinegar and sea salt.  12 oz jar
